This was supposed to be the best Cure gig and my best experience in the entire tour of mine. welp, the gig was the best i saw but the entire experience was the worst. i was stuck for the entire weekend in the middle of nowhere with people who ignored me completely by speaking only portuguese. obviously i dont understand a word of portuguese, not that many finnish people do... i ended up writing a letter of 20 pages to my boyfriend (in english) but the really bad side in this was that i missed the gig in Spain and that was the only night when they decided to play Faith. it annoyed me for a long time...

But i survived it... and at least i got to see World Expo in Lisbon.. and i found and bought a long-sleeve Sisters t-shirt.. you know, lifes little pleasures :)

And about the gig... it was great, the sound was great and the weather was great, people were just crazy, the best audience i saw on my tour. and as you can see from the pictures, they had really nice lights too :)

The ticket says that Ash was one of the bands but they cancelled and Therapy was there instead. The only thing i remember about them is the Joy Division song Isolation and the fact that they used a lot of f***-words :)
